Setting Up a New Child Support Case:

If you receive a notice to withhold child support payments from an employee's wages and the notice is directly from an agency or individual other than Arkansas OCSE, please complete the Employer's Information Sheet for Setting Up A New Child Support Case ONLY if the order attached to the notice is an Arkansas order. If the order is NOT an Arkansas order, follow the instructions on the notice.

Employer Billing Notice and Billing List:

You will receive a billing notice and listing of all your employees who are known to have a child support withholding order. The number of notices that you receive each month will depend on the frequency of your pay periods. You may send one check per pay period for all child support withholdings. Complete the employer billing list by providing:

  • The amount sent
  • The withholding date
  • Add any employees not already listed for whom you have been noticed to withhold support, and be sure to complete all requested information for each person added at the end of the list.
  • Complete an Employer's Information Sheet For Setting Up a New Child Support Case, as stated above, for each new withholding if the request to withhold came from a person or agency other than OCSE and return it with your payment. Follow the instructions on the notice if the attached order is NOT an Arkansas order.
